Development Office Update

January 14, 2020

Happy New Year! As I write 2020, I can’t believe it’s been forty years since I sat in our cafeteria on a Saturday morning and took the NDBG en

trance exam. Little did my 14-year-old self-know how much that day would impact me. That was my first step in becoming a member of the Class of 1984 and opened a book that continues to be written about the impact this school, this COMMUNITY has on my life and (hopefully) yours.

I hope that the Christmas holidays were filled with moments of fun and love. Now we step back into the day to day business that fills our lives. We’re almost at the midpoint of the school year and with that comes the chance to look at our fundraising to date. As I’ve told you we exceeded our Golden Gallop goal and raised $21,900. The Savearound coupon books raised just shy of $2000. The next big fundraiser is the MID YEAR TUITION RAFFLE. All tickets purchased go toward fulfilling your family fundraising obligation as well as enter you into the raffle to win free tuition for the second half of the school year. The drawing will be held on Friday January 31. We need 100% participation on this so let’s get the entries in!

As we look ahead to the Spring, I’d like you to save the date for our Evening with the Stars III. April 4 we will be hosting this wonderful night that will feature food, drinks, silent auction, and music by our own Mr. Ritch Harrigan. All monies will stay here at 2600 Albany Street. And golfers... June 29 is our annual Golf tournament at the Edison Club. Stay tuned for more details.

I want to hear from you. Call, or email me at mickie_baldwin@nd-bg.org with questions, ideas, or concerns.
